Domestic customers
TradeTek provides a reliable 24/7 property maintenance service to its many domestic customers. Many of our domestic customers find themselves in quite difficult circumstances when they contact us, and we act quickly and efficiently to help them to resolve their issue.
With a dedication to treating customers fairly, all of our engineers and employees are given ethical guidelines upon joining TradeTek. Providing a visible service we also ask our engineers to produce their TradeTek identification upon arrival at our customer’s properties. Engineers are also instructed to be respectful of the customer’s property at all times during their visit, ensuring the customer receives a professional, reliable and high-quality service. Some of the work we complete includes:
• Repair Leaks including showers, toilets, sinks etc
• Install baths, showers, radiators etc
• Repair or replace taps and pipework
• Unlock doors and windows and repair locks
• Repair faulty electric sockets, fuses and connections
• Unblock drains, sinks, waste pipes etc
• Repairs to gas appliances by Gas Safe registered heating engineers
• Repair, service and certify heating systems (including unvented systems)
